Default Ctrl-key shortcuts.

I've lately changed my gui, and among the rest, changed my skillbar to be split into two rows of 4. that gave me the idea to use ctrl-1,2,3,4 for the second row, so that I will not need to change a position of a hand and burn too many calories I've found out not combination of keys could be made to be edited into a shortcut. ctrl, as it is, is still "half free" to do this. even be disabled and use the second one for it's current use. this is something I would want to have.

I also run a "two rows of four" skill bar.

I just remapped the keyboard to the "upper bar" to F1-F4, and the "lower bar" to 1-4. Besides, Ctrl-Skill "calls" the skill usage to the team.

DAMN!!! Smart man! I've been struggling to find an optimal way of running skills.. Gonna re-map to use the F1-F4 keys also.

Thanks dude!
